S 7000 Horizon Serie features main profiles
with 70 mm. width, 5 chambers and inclined lines and is in
compliance with EN 12608, Class B Standards. The system offers
perfect sound, air, water insulation features as well as high
security performance.
It is possible to use inclined and round glazing beads with all S
7000 main profiles. Frame and sash profiles have common
reinforcement profiles which are used in our S 7500 Fantasia system.
The system has inner and outer seals, the hinges used in other
series can be used in this serie.
PIMAPEN S-7000 Horizon Serie provides an aesthetically pleasing and
open atmosphere.
System Main Features
All main profiles have 70 mm width and(except
Doors, Self Drainage Sash-49/3 and Overlapping Sash-49/3 profiles) 5
chambers. According to TS5358 EN12608 Horizon main profiles are B
Class Profiles.
Sash and locking door profiles habe 16 mm face plate. So all king of
turn mechanisms can be easily used.
Because of reinforcement pr. chamber designed in the width of 37,5
mm for frame and sash profiles, 34 mm for mullion profiles and 50 mm
for sash profiles, it enables to use reinforcement pr. for more
larger and heighter applications.
Internal and external surface lamination is available.
S-7000 Horizon profiles have inclined lines.
42 mm distance , common for Frame-62/5 and Mullion 82/5 profiles
enable symmetrical apperance.
Thanks to 17 mm. sash overlapping part, which is (2 mm.) higher than
the groove of turn mechanism, narrow sashes can be easily made.
The overlapping part of sash is large(17 mm) and has 4 mm radius on
the corner. However it enables to use all kind of hinges without any
problem.
20-24 mm glass thicknesses can be used. Glazing beads for sash and
frame profiles are same. Outer Glazing Seal-3,5 and R seal are used
as outer glazing seal.
Sash guiding support,used in S-6000 Quadro, S-6000 Classic, S-5300
Bora and S-7500 Fantasia systems can also be used in S-7000 Horizon.
Sash mounting guide, used in S-6000 can also be used in S-7000
Horizon.
The system has inner and outer seals. Inner and outer seals gap
between frame and sash profiles is 3,5 mm. Hinges used in the other
series can also be used in this serie.
Accessories compatible with 13 mm groove position are used in S-7000
Horizon.
System has sash and door profiles designed according to 13 mm.
groove position, enabling to lock easily and widely used by turn
mechanism manufacturers.
